The mandate of the Membership & Volunteers Department is to expand ACCP membership and to recruit volunteers to support ACCP operations and events. Its responsibilities include:

• To recruit new members, process membership applications and maintain the membership database
• To organize activities for members and provide networking opportunities
• To plan and seek services/benefits for members
• To collect and communicate member feedbacks to the board of ACCP through its annual membership survey
• To identify volunteers and match their interest and expertise with different needs of ACC
